These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website silverpathian.com and the purchase of products from Dollar Media Technology Limited ("Silverpathian", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Us

2. Nature of Our Products and Services

Silverpathian hardware wallets are physical devices designed solely for the offline storage of cryptographic private keys. Our products enable users to self-custody digital assets by keeping private keys entirely off the internet (cold storage).

We do not provide any of the following:

• Financial services, investment advice, or portfolio management
• Cryptocurrency exchange, trading, brokerage, or swapping services
• Staking, lending, yield farming, or DeFi services
• Custody of user funds — we do not hold, manage, or have access to any user funds or private keys at any time
• Money transmission, payment processing, or remittance services

All blockchain transactions are initiated and signed exclusively by the user. Dollar Media Technology Limited has no ability to access, freeze, reverse, or control any user funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products or use our website. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to purchase hardware security devices in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the use and import of such devices.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be communicated to you upon receipt of your order enquiry. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@silverpathian.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Returns are not accepted for products that have been activated (i.e., where a seed phrase has been generated), as we cannot verify the security state of a returned device. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

7. Product Warranty

Silverpathian hardware wallets are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modification. The warranty is void if the device has been tampered with. To make a warranty claim, contact support@silverpathian.com.

8. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your recovery phrase (seed phrase). Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent and irrecoverable loss of access to your digital assets. We cannot recover your seed phrase under any circumstances.
• Verifying all transaction details on the device screen before confirming any transaction.
• Keeping your device firmware up to date to benefit from security improvements.
• Ensuring the security of your physical device and recovery phrase storage.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding digital assets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dollar Media Technology Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations regarding the suitability of our products for any particular purpose beyond offline private key storage.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dollar Media Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of our products or website. In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability — in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. Silverpathian does not provide investment advice. The use of a hardware wallet does not guarantee the value or security of your digital assets. You acknowledge that you bear all risks associated with owning and transacting in digital assets, and that Dollar Media Technology Limited is not responsible for any financial loss arising from such risks.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

• Facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity
• Circumvent applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with our hardware or software
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through our platforms

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
